How do I exchange or return a product?

If you wish to exchange and/or return your order, you have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.

* Please note that the product must not have been used, must not have been altered and must have the original labels and packaging.

EXCHANGES

Please complete the form at the bottom of the page, providing your order number, the email address used for the purchase and the desired exchange.

RETURNS

Returns are at the customer's expense. If you wish to return your order because it has arrived defective or is simply not what you expected:

Complete the form at the bottom of the page, filling in the order number, the email address used for the purchase and the reason for the return.

AWAKEN BRAND is not responsible for the costs of the return (except in the case of an error on our part or in the case of a defect).

Will I be refunded the full amount of my order?

Yes, you will be refunded the full amount of the order (excluding shipping costs, unless the product is defective). Refunds will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the package and return form. If there is a problem with the refund, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue. If for any reason you have not received your refund after 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance at support@awakenbrnd.store.

How long do I have to exchange/return items from my order?

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
