How much will my delivery cost? How long will it take to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for orders to mainland Spain is up to 72 hours.
For orders over €100 placed to mainland Spain, shipping costs will be free.
For orders not exceeding €100 placed to mainland Spain, shipping costs will be between €4.00 and €4.95.
What should I do if I want to exchange or return an order?
For exchanges and returns, please send the reason for the return together with the order number to the form on the Exchanges and Returns page.
The product I want is out of stock. Will it be back in stock?
We are sorry that the product you want is out of stock. We work with small collections and limited stock, but we always do our best to restock items.
Where can I redeem my discount code?
Once you have added the item(s) to your basket, you will see a section titled "Discount" in the window that pops up on the right-hand side and/or on the basket page. When you click on it, a field will appear where you can enter your discount code. Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.
